Somatic Experiencing by Peter Levine

Restoring flow through the nervous system

Trauma and overwhelm can leave energetic imprints in the body’s tissues and channels. I’m not a trained Somatic Experiencing facilitator, but I deeply align with the understanding that the body naturally wants to speak and release — when it feels safe and resourced.

I weave gentle body-centred support into sessions, creating space for stuck survival energy to gently discharge. In Chinese medicine terms, this helps the Wei Qi (protective energy) circulate more freely, restoring balance and vitality.

My Body of Wisdom approach is not trauma counselling; it’s a subtle, respectful invitation for your body’s own wisdom to participate in your healing process.

If you feel drawn to working with the body’s wisdom, please get in touch — I’d love to support your journey toward greater flow and ease.
