You’ve been living with a chronic condition that seems to permeate every part of your life. Decisions—big and small—are shaped by your health, and the complexity of it all can feel overwhelming.
Perhaps you’ve been navigating this for a while now, trying to maintain some sense of normalcy. You’re doing your best, yet it feels like a delicate balancing act where one misstep might send everything tumbling.
Here’s an example of the kinds of people I work with and what they’ve been navigating before they find me:
You’re managing chronic pain or illness while working. Each day requires careful planning and energy just to appear “normal.” You crave accommodations but worry about drawing attention to your struggles—what if you’re seen as less capable? You fear being sidelined, judged, or passed over for opportunities.
Your health is inseparable from your livelihood. Late-night worries about canceling or rescheduling clients are all too familiar. You grieve the gap between your current capacity and the potential you know you have. You wonder how to find the vitality to sustain your work without sacrificing your wellbeing.
Balancing studies, health, and a social life feels like solving an impossible equation. Energy needs to be rationed—enough for assessments and deadlines, but what about friends, hobbies, or just feeling like a “normal” person? Social plans become complicated calculations: What time of day? Will there be food you can eat? Seating? An early escape route? How many excuses can you give for not drinking or staying late?
You imagined retirement as a chapter of freedom and fulfillment, but instead, you’re faced with health challenges that are harder to ignore. Old issues that were once minor have become major obstacles. New symptoms seem to pile on, and a recent diagnosis has left you feeling uncertain and unprepared.
You’ve tried everything—herbs, supplements, yoga, meditation, and more. But now, it feels overwhelming. How do you decide what’s working? What to continue, and what to let go of? Despite all your efforts, progress feels elusive. You might even know more about your condition than some doctors, but even so, it hasn’t brought you the healing you hoped for.
You’d love a space to bring all this complexity—to untangle it, sort through it, and create a plan that makes sense.
You want someone to see you as more than just your health condition. To recognize and honor the whole person you are.
Maybe you’ve lost sight of yourself amidst the endless focus on symptoms and treatments. You long to reconnect with who you are and approach your health from that solid foundation.
What you’re really seeking is confidence. Confidence to move into a deeper layer of healing—one that’s not only effective but also sustainable.
