The Healing Journey is my core program: a 3-, 6-, or 12-month guided experience designed to help you heal naturally, hear the messages behind your symptoms, and create lasting transformation.

What to expect from a Healing Journey

Every Healing Journey is built on these principles:

  • Safety and Support: You’ll feel held and understood throughout the process.
  • Clarity and Connection: Your plan will make sense to you and align with your needs.
  • Whole-Person Healing: Symptoms are addressed in a tangible way, while their underlying messages are explored emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
  • Progress and Review: We’ll celebrate shifts, review successes, and map out your next steps.

Pre-Journey Planning Process

If you’d like to take a little time beforehand to define your needs, then the Pre-Journey Planning Process is ideal for you. Over three sessions (in person or online), we’ll map out your goals, create a plan, and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.

Healing Journey packages

  • Foundation (3 months): Focused and practical, ideal for addressing key areas.
  • Extended (6 months): A deeper dive into healing and transformation.
  • Premium (12 months): Comprehensive support for significant, lasting change.

After your Healing Journey

Once your Healing Journey is complete, you may choose to:

  • Continue with a Living Journey: A lighter program to sustain progress and explore your next phase.
  • Start another Healing Journey: To deepen your transformation.
  • Chart your own path: Equipped with the tools and insights gained.

Living Journeys

For those who’ve completed a Healing Journey, the Living Journey is a supported way to integrate your progress into daily life. It helps you to solidify your “new normal,” to gently update your identity, and to stay curious about what’s next.

Single sessions

If you’re not ready to commit to a full Healing Journey, or you’d like additional support between programs, I offer individual sessions tailored to your needs.

These one-off sessions can be used for:

  • Acupuncture: To address immediate concerns or maintain progress.
  • Somatic coaching: For symptom processing and body-based healing.
  • Holistic health coaching: To clarify your goals or refine your healing plan.

Single sessions are a flexible way to access support when you need it most.
