This journey is for people seeking deep, lasting healing rather than just a “quick-fix.”
If you’re facing mental health challenges, trauma recovery, or emotional overwhelm, and you’re looking for a more comprehensive, integrated approach to healing, this journey could be right for you. It’s for people who resonate with, or open to, spiritual elements and are interested in connecting their mental and emotional health to personal purpose, meaning, and values.
My main process is called the Healing Journey, a 3-, 6-, or 12-month supported healing program. The Healing Journey offers a chance to access a deeper layer of healing and wellbeing. Here, symptoms of emotional pain, mental distress, and trauma are understood as messengers, guiding you toward the wisdom and transformation that can lead you to true healing.
We approach healing holistically, using natural methods for the mind, body, and spirit. We’ll listen to your symptoms and explore their deeper meanings, helping you find a balanced way forward.
Before beginning your Healing Journey, you’re invited to experience an optional Pre-Journey Planning Process. This includes three sessions designed to help you set the direction for your journey, explore whether my approach feels right for you, and begin to create your healing plan. It’s also a chance to sample my work and get clarity about your next steps.
The Healing Journey is structured to ensure that:
If your challenges span multiple focus areas (e.g., trauma + chronic illness), we’ll tailor a program that integrates both.
Once you’ve completed a Healing Journey and experienced shifts in your mental health or emotional state, you can continue your healing process through a Living Journey. This is a supported space where you’ll:
If you prefer shorter-term support, I also offer single sessions. These are ideal for those seeking treatment without the additional planning or program materials that come with the Healing Journeys or Living Journeys.
